Root Accessing App Data

Today I conveniently dropped my 16 GB and I can't unlock it via the screen now because it's cracked. So I got the new, 32 GB Nexus

I need the application data from just one app and I can't figure out how to get it. I rooted my device with the Nexus 7 toolkit before it broke. But if I try to use that toolkit to backup my app, there is a confirmation on the screen that I can't get to so the backup will start.

I am not sure how to get at this info...anyone?

A usb mouse with an otg cable should let you navigate your screen again. I realize that won't work when connected to a pc, but there are various apps that can get the data since you're rooted. Titanium Backup for instance.
Or pair a blue tooth mouse if you have it, and use the rootkit.
