Help Accessing Exchange Mail without Pin Lock?

Unfortunately I've just got one of the tech guys to put my work emails on my Galaxy S3. The emails run off a MS Exchange server and it requires me to have a PIN lock (or password) in order to unlock my phone, view files when connected to computer, or even use my phone's camera!

I'm on my phone all day for work and I refuse to type in a PIN code hundreds of times a day. My questions:

1) Is there a way to use MS Exchange emails on the Galaxy S3 without the PIN lock? I'm running CheckROM EvoHD 5.5 if that makes any difference.

2) What's the best app for MS Exchange? I'm currently using the stock Email app, but I don't mind paying a few dollars if there's a better app out there (this may also answer Q1?). I currently use gmail for my personal emails and I'm very happy with that app.

It's not so much microsoft exchange that specifies the pin lock is required but more the security settings your IT guys have set on the exchange servers. There's no way around this I'm aware of as exchange will only allow you to connect if you implement their security settings. I use the stock mail client with a mix of exchange and imap accounts with no issues.
 
Like the post above this is implemented by your IT department and nothing to do with the phone, even using a different email client on your phone you will still have this problem.
 
There are 2 options I can think of as this is what I did. Option 1 is the easiest. go to Security and Lock Screen, then Lock Automatically. There you can set the timer to 30 minutes. That way when the screen is in sleep mode, as long as you wake it up within 30 minutes you won't have to enter your PIN.

Option 2 is to install and use Touchdown. With this software the Global policy your IT dept. sends is set on the app, not the phone. So you will have to enter your PIN when you go into Touchdown to see your mail.

The Exchange administrator can can also force you to select a shorter time period for this value - the longer ones will not even be listed as an option.
