Help Accessing multiple phone #s in the dialer

When using the keypad in the dialer, entering someone's name, how do you access other numbers that they have listed in their contact info?

I want to access this through the keypad due to ease of use.

I'm using ARHD V51 but as far as I'm aware it's identical to stock, just has a few tweaks.

If you type in the name - it will come up with a drop down arrow to the right - hit that, and then it will come up with a new window to select an alternative number if you have one stored against it.

That does not work, that only gives me other hits to the name i typed in (I.E. a Different Bob, not Bob's two numbers) And yes the contact does have two numbers under it, home and mobile.

Is the touchwiz keyboard really this awful?
