Help accessing Phone With non-working digitizer

Hey, I have an f6 with a broken digitizer. the phone functions properly but no kind of touch registers on the screen. Is their a way to access the phone via pc usb or adb?

You can copy your data to your PC as long as you don't have to unlock the phone with a pin, pattern, or password. Is that what you're asking?

Yes but what i was going to try to do is create a stock backup of the firmware on that phone.
