Accessories Thread

My case ha been here for a few days and I just checked the mailbox and there it was. Idk why I was expecting it to be at my door lol. Looks pretty nice. Now I just need the phone.
 
I also received the Matte back black today from TPU Cases. Really impressed by it so far, can't wait to see it on the phone.

One of the things I really like about this case (aside from the nice materials used in it), is that it doesn't look like its going to add a lot of thickness to the phone, which a lot of cases do. Overall by looking at the case, I have a very good 1st impression.

It really doesn't add a lot of thickness at all. Believe it or not, even with the case on, it feels like it's still HALF the thickness of the original Epic LOL

Read the reviews, you know it going to be a great seller. I've been going to your site everyday to see if there is going to be a case for the Epic Touch and been disappointed everytime. If you made a case for the Samsung Infuse then there's no reason to not make it for the Epic Touch.

Ok guys - don't laugh.

I got one of these 8x telescope lenses for my phone (for about $10 on Ebay) and have been playing with it and it's pretty cool (in my opinion). It really zooms 8x and the focus is adjustable:

Yeah I gotta play around with balancing the manual focus of the lens and auto-focus of the phone but it's fun. :)
 
Getting my Epic 4G Touch soon so I guess for now I can just start my mission on finding the best case.
 
I like using Invisible SHIELD for all my phones but I can't seem to find one for this phone. I'm going to best buy to purchase the Invisible SHIELD for the Samsung Infuse 4g. They both have a 4.5 inch screen and the front facing camera looks the same.

Update- Never mind, it didn't match up exactly. It was very close but I would have had to cut a little from the bottom corners. Good thing Zagg include a peel off sample that you can test on the phone. All well back to best buy to return it and get my money.

Yep, I bought the CF case with the small black kickstand from my local Sprint store and LOVE it! I used to own a HTC EVO and loved the kickstand but hated the build quality.

The case is nice and sturdy with real carbon fiber on the back and the small kickstand comes in handy whenever you need to prop the phone up to watch videos.

My ONE AND ONLY complaint is that the kickstand should be larger. The kickstand is a small tab in the middle of the case that folds and snaps tightly to the case when not in use.

Overall, I would highly recommend this case to anyone looking for a durable masculine cover that includes a small stand for watching videos!

One slight correction- it isn't real carbon fiber. It's just a vinyl-like carbon fiber look.
 
I disagree. I know what real carbon looks and feels like because I have it in my car. Iknow it's not
a fake vinyl wrap. Go to a Sprint store and feel the material yourself.

I too know what real CF feels like- it has no give when you press your nail into it. This case (which I own) certainly gives when you press any kind of edge into it. If this is the material you have in your car, unfortunately it too is not CF. Hopefully it wasn't sold as such.

Additionally, real CF would likely double the cost of the case.
 
Don't want to keep arguing with you BUT real carbon fiber is not hard and brittle. It is soft and pliable because it is made up of layers of man made fibers woven together. Companies will usually put some type of coating or laquer to protect it. Raw carbon fiber also comes in one color and tht is black. Companies
will then dye it whatever color they want to.
