Hey mate. Not really sure how this could be fixed buy perhaps you just need to get used to the device over time. Sorry I can't be of more help. The only other thing I could say is if you get a case it might make it harder to press the volume and power buttons.

I find that if you try not to touch the screen, sides, top, bottom or back of the phone while moving it then accidental button pushing is not a problem.

let's say I move the phone from horizontal to vertical, As long as I keep my fingers carefully in one location without moving it is ok. But if I carelessly move the phone , buttons will be pressed accidentally. and the running application's buttons will also be touched. I am used to keypad phones.

yeah a case would be perfect

Im used to touchscreens but it did take a while for my hand/s to get used to handling the s3. Your muscles will learn and like others have said, a case really helps

I think a case for your S3 will help in preventing that. Happens sometimes. :)

Welcome to the site BTW, hope you enjoy your stay. :)

You don't even need a bulky case, either. Even something like the Elago Slim Fit cases make the buttons harder to press accidentally.
