Help Accidentally changed button speed

I accidentally changed the speed of my keyboard butons for changing from o --> ö for example to 100ms. How can I change this back do the default value. I can't find the setting anymore. It is really difficult to type that fast

I don't know the default value, but something above 300ms should work about right.
