Root Accidentally deleted essential apk

I accidentally deleted a system app and my phone has gone haywire!

I did a hard reset hoping to fix the issue but then I forgot that I was using Titanium Backup. :(

Sadly I didn't make any backups of the system apps or any apps for that matter.....

Is there anyway can I get someones backups for the apps on the phone or would that be out of the question?

I think the app was the LG file manager......
 
I was deleting things in my test l70 phone and accidentally deleted the LG Easy settings.apk and my settings turned into and looked the same as the settings that were on jelly bean and ICS... Just thought that was interesting if no one else knew...I kinda like it that way better...
