accidentally deleted excel file

how do i recover the wxcel file in samsung galaxy tab 3 if i accidentally deleted it.

File on SD card:
Mount the card in a computer and use any standard undelete program to undelete it.

File on internal storage:
Phone has to be rooted. Use an undelete program on the phone to undelete it.
