Help Accidentally set stock Messaging as default instead of chompSMS, anyway to change?

Is there anyway to clear defaults for the stock messaging app? I already tried going into Settings > Applications > Manage Applications, but I can't seem to find the Messaging app.. Help? I'd really like to set chompSMS as my default Messaging service, but I accidentally selected the stock Messaging app as the default when it asked me to.

Just reinstall chompSMS or any other sms app. Then it will ask you to choose the default. I've had similar problems and never found another way of doing it.

go to the applictions list in manage applications click on messaging and then click clear defaults, do the same with chompsms.

I've tried reinstalling and that didn't work, and I've also tried looking in the Manage Applications but I could not seem to find Messaging anywhere... Am I doing something wrong?

when you are in applications click the menu key, then choose filter and change it to All instead of installed or running or whatever.
