Root Accidentally uninstalled voice mail..

So does that mean people who call me won't be able to leave a message? And also can i simply reinstall it or do i need to reflash my rom? If it makes a difference, I'm using stock walk

They can leave a message, and you'll still get the missed call notification, but you will not get a voicemail notification. You can call voicemail by long pressing 1 on the dialer. You should be able to reinstall it, but it's not on the Play Store or anything.

I never play with permissions, for fear of breaking something important. What permissions does vm need? And how do i set permissions again? I've done it once but can't remember how

I use the Root Explorer app (other file root apps should be able to do the same). Long press on the app after copying to /system/priv-app. Grant superuser rights (if prompted), the pop up option for permissions should come up.
Set the permissions to the same as all the other apps there. (probably rw-r--r--).
exit, then reboot.

I got it installed just fine, but when i rebooted, a second battery symbol appeared, and i have not been able to get rid of it since. I've tried all my theme engines (xblast, g3 tweaks box, android theme engine, gravity box) but they all affect the battery symbol I've customized. I'm ocd so this is bugging me a lot.. >.<

all those except android theme engine i think have a battery icon.you need to set them all to none except the one you normally use.all those are just conflicting with one another, causing the double battery

xblast and gravity are known to do that, whitch is why i set one to none the other to dotted circle with percentage,or used to on my lg f6.gravity wont work on htc one sv sadly, but xblast will

But each one, when hide battery was selected, did not affect the new battery icon. I think if i set them all to none, i will still have the new icon that showed up, which leaves me with the issue. Its stock battery icon, except it's slightly elevated more than it should be. I will try it however

Yeah, turned off the battery in every themer but the stupid flying stock battery is still there. It's locked in my ui
