Help accidently deleted a folder in "my Files" app

Hi All , i acccidently deleted a folder in "My Files" app as i was gonna delete a folder that was for a app that i installed but i deleted that app so when i was in the "my Files" app i saw a folder to do with that app so i went to delete it but i deleted something else instaed , is there anyway of knowing which one that it was i deleted by mistake ... could i restore it?..dunno if was an important folder or not ...:ahhhhh:

If it's on the sd card you can connect it to your computer with a card reader and use a file recovery program but I don't know if it was in the phone memory.

i haven't got a SD card in my phone if thats what you mean ...just using the main Phone's internal memory ..i guess thats it then if its was on the phone's memory ..
