Accidently Deleted All My Contacts

so when i was reconfiguring my gmail account and changed the login, it also deleted every single one of my contents and replaced them with contacts located in my gmail account. im pretty sure there isnt but is there any way to get the contacts back?

thanks for any help =/ this made me sad especially before the horseshoes are about to take the stage

Do you use my backup with Verizon? If so yes.

Before you did that did you sync it with gmail. I f you dont know go to gmail on your pc on the right side of the page look for contacts tap it if you did they will be there if they are there on the phone tap menu>settings>datasync>google>menu and it will sync them for you
