Help Accidently deleted media storage, help

I was trying to change my notification sound and I accidently deleted media storage, please help I dont know what to do (also im on samsung galexy s4)

I hi the disable button, thinking that I could re-enable it later, like my user suggests im terrible with android devices.

Disable is grayed out on mine.
Did you try selecting the "Disable" column and enabling it again.
