There is a scan code in smartwatch which says i need to have baidu in the phone
Probably not. Is it Android Wear or Tizen?

Android, i ordered it online, something chinese i guess. Do you know how can i connect it to phone?

You need to have a mainland China (+86) mobile number to register a Baidu account AFAIK. Some of these smart-watches are not really intended to be sold and used outside of the PRC.
I don't think I can help you with registering a Baidu account, because of the requirements to prove a real identity, and I've already done that.
This is one reason why I've not bought a smart-watch, I'm in China, but I'm not Chinese. And I've just noticed that the Google Play Store download URL for the Baidu app at the top of this thread is not found. But then much of Baidu is Chinese only and NOT international.
