Account Issues

I am on Boost mobile and am having some very frustrating issues. I am on auto boost with shrinkage that I signed up for the first month. Last month would have been my 6 on time payment and this month was suppose to go down 5.00 which it did not. I called boost and they issued me a credit on my boost balance which they said would not automatically be used on my next payment and they don't issue a credit on a credit card either. They said I would have to turn off the autoboost to use this credit, then make a manual payment, then sign up again for reboost. They also said that according to their syestem that I made two late payments, which is not true because I have signed up for autoreboost since the first month. They said that next month my payment should go down but when they looked in their system and by the text messages I have been receiving, I am still going to be charged the full 55.00 amount. I have talked to numerous people and several supervisors that cannot seem to help me. I am very frustrated by the whole thing. I am currently rooted and am on a custom rom (dandroid). I am very seriously thinking about going to virgin mobile (which I have had in the past). Would I be able to switch to virgin mobile with being rooted and having a custom rom? Are the boost and virgin mobile phones the same?? What would I have to do to be able to switch carriers??Or if anyone has any suggestions, I would welcome it. Thanks for any and all feedback.

I have a Samsung S3 from Virgin Mobil USA and can say it was a very good choice. Everything works and I get billed on credit card Monthly no contract everything unlimited. I have been told if one takes their S3 phone to a Virgin Mobil store, they can help in switching carriers. Now your custom Rom and being rooted could cause a problem with Virgin Mobil.

Does anyone know if being rooted and having a custom rom would cause problems if I wanted to switch to virgin Mobile. Galaxy Tab, thanks for the response, you said you have the unlimited plan, how much is that if you don't mind me asking?
