Apps Account owner

Hi.

Where can I find information about the owner of an account. I'm allowed to add and edit apps, but since I'm not the account owner I'm not allowed to administer users, transfer app etc. The email address in the Account Details page is obviously not the owner, since we're directly forwarded to the Sign Up page when we try to log in with that email. The guy who set this up has left the company.

The person who have the status of owner can only do these functionality there is no other way to do so. You have to ask him to make you the owner otherwise there is no way.
