Hi everyone,
I'm having two MAJOR issues with my phone, a one-year-old Samsung Galaxy S2:
I believe the second error is a result of the first, but I'm not sure. I just want my phone to be fully functional again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
God bless,
Andy.
I'm having two MAJOR issues with my phone, a one-year-old Samsung Galaxy S2:
- In the notification bar, I get an error saying "Sign-in error for [myemail]@gmail.com. Clicking on this prompts me with the following: Google sign-in. You entered the wrong password or your account has changed. Please re-enter your password. Whenever I enter my correct password, my phone tells me it's wrong.
- The contacts, gmails and calendar are NOT synchronising between my phone and my google account. When I go into the sync settings, there is a red exclamation mark on the sync icon for the Calendar, Contacts and Gmails (and Picasa web albums, but I never use those). I have followed advice to clear the contact data, which didn't work (and now left me with a contactless phone
). I did the same with the calendar data, which also didn't work.
I believe the second error is a result of the first, but I'm not sure. I just want my phone to be fully functional again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
God bless,
Andy.
