accuradio app missing

[lg3759]

I was looking for my accuradio widget on my android phone, and it was light gray with the android man. I pressed the widget as I always do, and it stated that there was no accuradio app on my phone. How does that happen?
also, I can't redownload it because it says already installed. yet I cannot locate it anywhere

Click (or press if you're using your phone) the Installed button and it'll install it again. The "Installed" just tells you that you've installed it to at least one device already.)
