Accuweather Settings

I am BRAND new to Android OS. I have an S3 international phone and it came with temperature in degrees C. How do I get to settings to change it to F?

Also, how do I make it so that the email icon shows up on the front page?

Open the weather app then push the menu button (bottom left) then settings and you can change the setting in there. To move the email app just push and hold it then move your finger across the screen to where you want it, go to the edge of the screen if you want to go to the next page. Hope this helps
