Help Ace 2 returned to factory settings.

Hi all
My galaxy Ace 2 went faulty so I returned it to factory settin gs to get it repaired. I have now got the phone back but I don't have the apps I had on it originally which does include some that I paid for. I can go to Google Play and if I click "My Apps" I can see all the aps that I have downloaded. I can click "update" or "install" and it says that the ap is being downloaded but nothing happens then it says "installed". Obviously Google Play is assuming that the app is already installed but because of the fault on my phone it isn't.

Can anyone help with this please.

Can I ask, since you got it back after the factory settings, have you noticed a change to the reception of the bars for calls, not the wi-fi ones.

When I say a change I mean not seeing 4 bars not too often when in the house?
 
OO sorry guys I had forgotten that I had posted this question and the ap problem seems to have resolved itself now.

No I haven't seen any difference in my calls reception. Reception is pretty poor at the best of times oop ere in the cold and woolly North of England LOL.

Mines is away for to be looked at by the repair section as it has turned it's self off 3 times while in standby mode since I got it 4 moths ago.
