Acer A100 Android System Recovery Not Working

I have Acer Iconia Tab A100. It failed to boot. So I tried through system recovery but I can't select anything there. I am getting error messages " E:failed to mount /cache, E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/command. Please someone help me to fix this.
