Help acer a100

acer a100 at start up says andriod.process.acore has unexpectedly stopped working every time i turn on my tablet cannot get on internet and says must connect to network but in settings it states my wifi is on and working

does this message appear immediately upon powering on the tablet? it that's when you see it, then i would do a factory data reset.

yup u could reset or just reboot ut tab turn off ur wifi then turn bck on c if u could connect sometimes u just need to reboot to refresh ur tab i reboot my every 8 hrs so it could stay fresh with no lags
