Help Acer A200 ICS Audio Streaming Problem

I have been comparing the internet radio applications to see which one has the best sound on the Acer a200 ICS. The sound on Pandora, SoundHound, Spotify and Aupeo all cuts off and on. I checked my wifi connection, it reads excellent. Turned off all notifications. Nothing has worked.

Is anybody else having these issues? Fixed? HELP.

I have no problems at all. I tend to use Xiialite, but I am also using Just Player which streams my music stored in my Dropbox .
