Acer Liquid E problems

Hey,
I have some major problems with my Acer Liquid E.

So I didn't use this phone for a year and when I powered it it gave me the Android setup menu (like i never used the phone before).
No important stuff was on the phone so i didn't really mind but when I get to the last step of this setupwizard. I get this message that "procescom.android.setupwizard" has stopped working and I get a black screen with only the top bar visible. and that's it. I can't do nothing on my phone now.

So I looked up how to hard reset it and Acer told me to hold the volume button and you'll get in a menu to clean boot. Well did that but after the clean boot i had the same problem after the setupwizard it crashed and I got the black screen again.

Any idea's on how to fix this?

Hello and welcome to the android forums. I see you having trouble with a android device . May i ask have you had service to the device . If not can you use the status bar to dropdown you need to apply the wifi .this is needed to update the device . But you need to do this after the reset .
