Acer S1 hang, cannot reset

Hi, my Acer S1 hang. I have tried to reset by pressing < power> and <Vol+> or <vol-> together and hold them long but nothing happen. Please tell me how I can reset and what I should do.
Th screen is just showing bright screen. Please help. Thank you
