Help ACMEInstaller for Touchpad

Hello, I cannot locate the ACMEInstaller could someone direct me to a link to download it. I am trying to add android to my touchpad for first time.

Might be a Goo issue. I know they were updating the other day and suggested people re-upload their content to speed things up.

Probably it, I checked and his whole developer folder is gone.

Goo has been in the process of migrating to new servers since around Nov. 1st.
