Acrobat page Up/Down arrows gone!

[dinkc64]

Hello,
I upgraded Android Acrobat Reader to 10 today, and now the little page up/down arrows that were at the bottom right of the screen are gone! How can I get them back? I really need these arrows because the arthritis in my hands makes it hard for me to drag the pages around.
Alternatively: Are there some sort of settings/preferences that I can access to configure Acrobat Reader for Android?

thanks in advance!

Most PDF reader have the option to turn pages with the volume keys. You might try it with your reader.

I use Mantano Reader for reading PDF

For trying is a free version (with ads) in Play Store.
