"actions" app?

Hey guys, googled around and searched on this forum but couldn't really see anything so thought i'd ask the question.

Is there an app that you can use to create "actions". In particular, when I dock my Droid 2 Global in the Car Dock, i would like to be able to make my phone turn on Bluetooth and open up the vLingo app.

As a work around i guess I could set a "car" profile, that would get me part of the way there by turning on BT, but i'm assuming there has to be some kind of app that does what I'm looking for.

Suggestions?

EDIT - just found TASKER. Any other options?

Well I would have suggested Tasker, it does exactly what you are asking for. You can get a free trial I believe at their website to try it out for 2 weeks (I think)

Another option may be Locale but I have not used it before
