activate Device administrator

Company just updaye exchange server and I now get this request to ativate device adminstrator. Company admin has no interst i n using it and I do not want to grant broiad access to anyone. How do I fix this.

You wither grant broad access to Exchange or you don't use it. It's part of "you can bring your own device, but if you do, we own you".
