So i just got my thunderbolt today. I need some help. The Verizon store couldn't get the 4g activated on my phone, something about having problems switching my line over to the sim card. I really dont want to wait until tomorrow to have this phone up and running. Does anyone know the steps to activating the phone at home? I opened another line for my brother but he wants my Dx so I lucked out with the thunderbolt, but wifi only kind of bites.

Are you able to get 3g at least? I dont know if its the same as activating it by calling verizon with that sim card? I assume it would be. Worth a call in my opinion.
you have to login account verizon wireless website and activate from there. scroll down the page you will see it. if not here is the link after you login the web page
