Help Active Notification

Well I am having quite the issues with my active notifications with this phone. In my other post I said how they stopped working so I cleared the Cache and they worked fine for about 24 hours, then stopped working.Well an hour or so after they stopped working, they started working again. This actually gets on my nerves quite bad. I like the phone and the active notifications a lot, but is this something I should be concerned with? Should I go get a new phone? Or perhaps a different phone in general? What are some good suggestions?

I would look into trading it in. My notifications work just fine and I love it so sounds like there might be a glitch in yours. I love this phone there is no way I would get rid of it.

Yep. Verizon's going to make you do a factory reset ANYWAY, so you might as well knock it out. Back up all your important data and reset.

Active notifications clear when the phone is started and unlocked. In other words, unread notifications will appear in active notifications until you unlock the phone. If they remain unread, they will no longer show up in active until another notification of that type arrives.

Any chance that the phone is powering on, with lock screen set to none, while you are not using it?
