Help ActiveSync issues

We have deployed about 20 S3's in our corporate environment in the last year and have found some very consistent issues with syncing to our Exchange 2003.
Contacts and calendar are very spotty. They often simply stop working, as far as syncing, and only resume when the activesync account is deleted from the device then reinstalled, which is no solution. Is there anything addressing this from Android or Samsung? It is persistent and widespread.
The other issue is that many users experience random emails where the body of teh email is invisible or missing. When they go to forward the email they briefly see a portion of the body, but none can be seen on the original. Again, widespread and persistent. Has anyone seen this in other environments? Are there any solutions to these issues?
Oh, and the fact that there is no spellchecking built into the device is very disappointing, really almost unfathomable. Are there workarounds, third party solutions?

Hello mlynch.

Swiftkey 3 seems to be the 3rd party keyboard of choice for the style of spell check most users need (as opposed to suggestive check lists, etc) for that particular Samsung phone. You might want to deploy that app to your stable of S3 devices.

The other issues you bring up sound a bit server oriented, rather than device oriented. I admit to not being certain about that, but the word, "wide spread" being used in a corporate network environment among your users is a pretty good indication of the issue being generated by something other than each device.

What device(s) were used on that same network with the same server(s) prior to the Samsung Galaxy S3? I'm wondering about compatibility issues when the change over happened.

Thanks for the reply. I had heard mention of SwiftKey before. I also saw in my research that the issues I'm having are not unique, so that it might not be server. The fact that the majority of my users don't have the issue seems to suggest that, too. I've heard that Touchdown is a much better Exchange client than the native Android. Do you concur?
