Help Activesync missing emails

Evo Shift, set to 3G only. using Exchange Activesync
I have an ongoing issue with emails that go missing from my phone after a few days. I am able to sync without any issues. But every day or two several emails go missing from my phone that were previously shown. They are still on the exchange server. If I remove and re-sync the account, all the emails show up. But after a few days, some go missing again. I use categories with my emails and thought this may be the issue.

Sprint is no help. :mad:
Have several android phones on the same exchange server, even one HTC Inspire and no one else has this issue.

I have tried several different setting with always the same result. Have 14 days shown, conflicts to leave on phone, sync every 15 minutes weekdays, every hour weekends. Using exchange 2007.

I am also having this same issue. It is driving me crazy. After several hard resets, soft resets, resetting the mail account, resetting the server, working with IT, working with sprint, all to no avail. I have only found a hand full of cases online similar to this and no one has found a cure, not sure if they just live with it or found the fix and never posted? Any help would be appreciated.
 
I have a galaxy 7.7 tab and have the same problem. I made sure that both my home computer and tablet email accounts did not delete emails from the server. However, when I looked at my ISP email server I noted that it too had deleted a number of old emails and I believe the reason for that is because my ISP only allows 20mb on their server.
I believe that is causing the problem because when my tablet sync's with my ISP email server, all the old emails are no longer there because my email account is over the limit. Any ideas for a work around?
