Activity Wi-Fi settings in application settings is not responding is the error message I get when I try to connect to my home WI-FI (working fine on my laptop). Advice, please?! Huawei Ascend.

Is your phone rooted or? If so try fixing permissions in recovery-if not backup all of your infomation to your computer and try a hard reset.
