Help Actual phone usage

I just purchased a Milestone 2 from an online retailer. The actual phone itself looks fine but the plastic sheet sticks on the screen itself has some bubbles in it. it looks like someone has taken out the plastic sheet and put it back on. I am worry that if the internet retailer shipped me a refurbished Milestone 2 as a brand new phone because the plastic sheet looks a bit suspicious. I was wondering. Is there anyway I can check the actual phone usage and see if anyone using the phone before the online retailer shipped the Milestone 2 to me? Because I swtiched on the phone already and I have not found any technical fault with it. The internet retailer is not going to take it back once when i opened the box. I just worry if this is a second hand phone.
