Any techno freaks here??
hey,i've got my first ever ANDROID MOb(GALAXY ACE)
But AD-HOC connection from my laptop is not detected by my PHONE,infact android doesnt support adhoc(i came ti know it).

So,now...
1.is there any app for android 2.2 to detect n access AD-HOC connection?

2.is there any procedure to create an access point by laptop similiar to one that is created by the wifi router??

3,OR ANY GOD DAMN WAY TO SHARE MY INTERNET TO MY PHONE THROUGH MY LAPTOP???(over wifi or bluetoth)

You could try applications like Connectify to make a virtual router on your PC.
Specific ad-hoc connections are supported on some custom ROMs (you need to be rooted).

tanx fo te reply dude...but im very very new to android(2 days),so i cud only understand till connectify part(as i hav alredy used it)

CAN U BE MORE SPECIFIC N DETAIL?

I'd suggest to post in your phone's specific forum (Galaxy Ace) where you will get more help about rooting, custom ROMs and the possibility of ad-hoc connections.

finally found solution for my GALAXY ACE it WORKS...!!

try "mhotspot" (even need not to install the software)
