Help Ad Pop-ups?

Every time I unlock my phone either the Google Play store opens up on its own with a game ready to install or chrome opens up with a "you have won!" message thing on a facebook feed. I've tried using Norton, Lookout, and AVG to scan my device but none of them are finding ANYTHING. I uninstalled all apps that I got recently but it's still happening. I'd REALLY like to not have to reset my phone, PLEASE HELP!

This sounds like a new problem to me. What kind of phone are you using? This is the first thread I've ever seen about pop-ups as soon as you unlock your phone.

Are we sure it's not just another Chrome adware hijack? What's the fix for those - is clearing browser caches enough, or do you have to go deeper (never suffered, so have trouble remembering)?
