Help ADB isn't detecting phone

I recently got a new replacement F3 after the accelerometer went bad and now it isn't being detected by ADB even though the one I had could be detected. I rooted the other phone through motochopper. This phone however isn't being as cooperative. I've installed the latest LG drivers again as well as updated everything in SDK manager but this phone still isn't being detected. So I went ahead and installed the v6 update hoping that maybe my problem would get fixed with the update but its to no avail. Anyone have any suggestions?

Defective phone. See if they'll exchange it. (Some "refurbs" are just people returning the phone within the free return period, and there's no telling ehat they did to the phone.)
