All,
I just rooted my Indulge and noticed im not able to adb remount. Anyone know of a way to mount the system? I modified the TouchWiz Launcher and I want to adb push it back, but its not letting me. This is what im getting.

remount failed: No such file or directory

It shows my device. Which is the weird part. I can adb shell and get the #. I can even adb pull. I cant adb push since I cant remount the system...

Try adb reboot and remount then. Your phone will most likely end up in an unusable state if you don't have an alternate home launcher installed though. So if that's the case, download the apk of a spare launcher and install it through adb using adb install /path/to/file/launcher.apk

Ok, i'll try that when I get home. I just thought it was kinda weird adb remount didnt work. Funny I just deleted the launcher pro from the Basix rom. LOL I figured I can try it through a term emulator on the phone as well...We'll see. Thanks for your input.

Nope didnt work. Still getting No such file or directory when doing adb remount. Not sure whats going on...

I was under the impression he already tried that, k0?
Well, let's just wait for his feedback!

I actually didnt try that. LOL what I ended up doing was mounting the /system folder in the shell then I exited out of the shell and proceeded to adb push the TW Launcher. Worked like a charm. Now I have my modified launcher. Thanks for the help.

Haha! I was mislead by post #3...
But glad to know it worked out for you. Happy tinkering!

I did stuff on the Hero and EVO and I was always use to doing adb remount without having to go into the shell and remount the system.Thats why I thought it was weird it wasnt working. Heck, I went as far as reinstalling the Android SDK thinking I F'd something up. LOL Thanks again though for the help. Much appreciated...
