I have a rooted samsung facanate. and i'm getting an "failed to verify whole-file signature. when i try to install a custom rom. i think the problem is because i dont have clockwork mod recovery installed.
so im trying to flash it on there with flash_image.
I'm trying to put flash_image in the /system/bin folder.
when i tell it to push the file from my desktop into /system/bin or i tell it to move the file from my sd card to /system/bin/ it tells me acsess denied.
i go into a root shell and my phone asks for root permissions and i say yes. so why is my phone saying i have permission but when i try to do anything in adb it says i dont??????
