adb push fail

hi ,all


i meet a problem while adb push the Launcher2.apk to the /system/app

it said:failed and out of memory ,
i have adb root and remount ,so it is't the root's problem,
i have try to start the emulator with the terminal, but still meet this out of memory


any one have good idea ?
