So I finally downloaded adblock plus.... and configured it to block ads from my WiFi no problem. However. .. getting it to block my 4G seems to be troublesome. .. as it involves creating a new APN?? and giving it the 2020 port number. Problem with that.... is it doesn't let me create a new APN or edit existing settings on my current one save for the name of it. On an unrooted phone on the Verizon network.
