adcom Thunder A350 is not working properly after changing touch panel ,it catches very low signal on both sim card and is not recognized by pc.
 
Whoever rep;sced the panel broke something inside. Have them fix it or, f it can't be fixed, replace the phone. It's their responsibility. (Lost data is your responsibility - if it's important enough to keep, it's important enough to back up.)
