My husband recently upgraded to a Galaxy Note 3, it's operating on 4.3 jelly bean. The phone is a verizon phone that has been unlocked and gsm ready. My network provider is Family mobile, and my sim, internet and calling/texting are just fine. However, when trying to go through setting up the google accounts I get an error reading "Can't establish a reliable connection to the servier". I'm even running this off of both the network and Wi-Fi at home and still nothing. I have been through every single troubleshooting technique on the web. I checked my time and date, allowed security settings, etc..etc..etc.. and STILL nothing. I don't even think a factory reset is going to help me here. I've cleared data and cache on all advised apps in my settings. I don't know what else to do. I can't uninstall these apps, they are pre loaded on the device. I use google app sync for outlook on everything for emails too. This is a business phone and I need those apps available! Please help!!
