Apps Add Custom library

Hello

When editing an XML files in the layout folder, there is an option to edit "Graphically" where you can drag and drop buttons/ect. I found some free libraries online and i would like to add them into my Custom Library tab so i can drag an drop them into any app/XML i am currently working on. Any idea how i can achieve this process?

I am not positive, but I am fairly certain that you can't use custom views in the graphical editor.
