Add droid guy to contacts

Hi new guy here...I saw someone was able to replace the gray-ish faces on the contact list with the Little Droid Guy. Does anyone know how to do this thanks in advance

Welcome to the Android Forums!

If your primary email is through Gmail I'd find an image that you like and just associate it with each of your contacts. It might be possible to change the default image but I'm not familiar with the process to do something like this.
