Help Add items to a picture

Am looking for a FREE app which allows you to doctor photos like the old Ericssons had where you could add glasses hat a moustache to pics etc etc

Hrm..

Adobe Photo Express allows you to edit photos, but in more artistic ways.. less "funny glasses" I assume

PicSay Photo Editor comes to mind, I know they allow you to add little graphics/clip-art, but I've yet to try it so I don't know if it will do precisely what you're looking for.

Someone else with more experience with the phone may have better suggestions.

LOL I left out the Adobe one as I thought it was not as good as pic say and camera illusion has some very nice effects.
