I'm using htc amaze 4g
And stock browser for now

Start the browser, go to your choosen web site and the tap on the phone's Menu button ... something like Add Bookmark ... voila

whats the best browser out there?

I've been using Dolphin for a while now. Very fast and renders pages very nice. I also like that it supports gestures. You can create gestures to act as bookmarks. For instance, I draw an F to bring up Facebook.
