I have a Digital2 7" tablet that I want to connect a Bluetooth device to. Are there Bluetooth dongles that have android drivers available, to allow me to do this?

Think this is something you might have to try, connecting a BT dongle via USB OTG. Android does have BT drivers, but it depends if it's included in the build for your particular device. I've never heard of anyone doing this, because most Android devices have BT included.
